Thank you for choosing CByC COLLECTIONS. We are committed to providing you with a seamless and premium shopping experience. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT) Monday through Saturday will be dispatched on the same day.

  • Standard Processing: Orders placed after 12:00 PM or over the weekend will be processed and shipped on the following business day. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • UK Standard Delivery: We offer standard shipping across the UK. You can generally expect your order to arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over £70. For orders under £70, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your pieces have been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email complete with tracking information.

  • You can use this tracking number to follow your journey until it safely arrives at your specified delivery address.

International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to select destinations. Shipping times and rates will vary based on your location and will be calculated dynamically at checkout.

  • Customs & Duties: Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees. These charges are determined by your country's customs office and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, postal carrier delays, or customs processing can occasionally cause unexpected transit delays.
