Thank you for supporting CByC COLLECTIONS. As a small, independently owned brand producing limited collections, all sales are final. We kindly ask that you review all product descriptions, sizing charts, and details carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our processing system and cannot be canceled or altered. Please ensure your shipping address and item selections are correct at checkout.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We take immense pride in the quality of our pieces. Every order is thoroughly inspected before it is beautifully packaged and shipped to you.

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, we want to make it right:

  1. Contact our customer care team at support@cbyccollections.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.

  2. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the fault.

  3. If approved, we will provide instructions for an exchange or store credit. Do not send items back without prior authorization.
